RTW Together BID announces the inaugural TW.FutureBiz Conference
RTW Together Business Improvement District, in association with LOCH, has announced the launch of the first ever TW.FutureBiz Conference on Thursday 17th September in the Town Hall, Tunbridge Wells.
Building on the success of the AI conference in 2023, TW.FutureBiz will provide businesses with a broad range of talks, with a view to looking forward to future developments that affect the business community.
The conference offers local businesses in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas the opportunity to attend a high quality conference on their doorstep, without the need or cost of a typical commute up to London, whilst also offering opportunities to connect with local businesses who are speaking or attending on the day.
The event is part-funded by RTW Together BID, alongside Sponsor LOCH, to ensure that tickets are as affordable as possible. The cost for a non-BID member is £37.50+VAT and for a BID member it is discounted by 60% to £15 +VAT.
Alex Green, CEO of RTW Together BID comments: “There will be 14 fascinating talks across two stages, with a range of exciting stands related to the topics covered at the conference for delegates to engage with throughout the day. In addition some of our experts will be providing their time for bookable free 10-minute drop-in sessions to enable delegates to find out more or ask for advice about specific problems.”
Around 170 delegates will be able to hear from expert speakers on topics that include:
- Consumer trends on the high street
- Neuro-diversity
- Developments in AI and agents
- HR and Employment law updates
- The circular Economy
- 3D photography and drone filming
- Effective Sales strategies and business development
- Cyber Security
- Immersive Tech including the Metaverse, VR, AR and Haptics
- Recycling Schemes
- The rise in self-checkouts and apps
- Humanoid robots in the workplace
Pam Loch, Solicitor and CEO of Loch, adds: “The Loch group of companies has had its head office and been a part of the Tunbridge Wells business community for nearly 20 years, so I’m delighted we’re headline sponsor of the TW.FutureBiz conference. The conference gives us the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and think more strategically about what our businesses, in the town, could offer in the future.
