CaseCraft.AI Assists With Successful Small Claims
Last month CaseCraft.AI launched its easy access small claims platform. The portal aims to increase access to justice and simplify the small claims process for those without legal experience.

In the first week over 5,000 users responded. Co-Founder Mikhail Yatsuha responded to the initial data saying: “We are really pleased that CaseCraft.AI is making the small claims court process easier for so many people.”
Recent data shows a postcode lottery style variation in wait times, with the longer wait times in London and the South East – meaning that too many people give up on their legitimate small claims.
In closed beta testing, CaseCraft.AI’s platform claims were able to assist in claims aggregating to just short of £20,000. “CaseCraft.AI’s platform works, the legal team have tested with real life cases and are delighted with the successful results,” added Mikhail Yatsuha.
The successful claims included the recovery of unpaid fees in which a commercial property firm claimed £5,000 in unpaid fees after the defendant failed to honour a settlement plan.
Other cases include over £5,000 rewarded for the repair of a faulty vehicle steering rack, under the Consumer Rights Act. The dispute was settled following a letter before claim.

Separately a user incurred a loss as a result of relying on negligent professional advice. The matter was settled for the sum of £1,560 at the pre-action stage.
All claims took place in the South East, with users utilising the AI platform to generate pre-action letters, resulting in the cases being resolved without the need to step foot in a courtroom. As one claimant retold “CaseCraft.AI turned what was a nightmare swamp of bureaucracy and legal jargon, into smooth, simple steps to fight my corner”.
